Cart tracking
Tracking the cart of you webshop is an essential step to be able to use many of Hello Retails services, such as the Abandoned Cart functionality (Triggered emails).
Cart contents are tracked regardless of the email address of the customer is known or not.
This functionality is only avaliable in the JavaScript SDK.
It’s recommended to use the "Tracking a complete cart", method to track the entire cart once a visitor added anything to the cart. This also entails when you clear a cart.
The other option is to track the individual add of a product to a cart and to clear it.
