Cart tracking

Tracking the cart of your webshop is an essential step to be able to use many of Hello Retail's services, such as the Abandoned Cart functionality (Triggered Emails).
Note:
Cart contents are tracked regardless of whether the email address of the customer is known or not.
This functionality is only available in the JavaScript SDK.
It’s recommended to use the Tracking a cart function to track the entire cart once a visitor added anything to the cart. This also entails when you clear a cart.
Clearing a cart is another option available.
